I've known Sami since I was about fifteen. We both went to New York City on a mission trip (of which my love for NYC was sparked and I can't seem to stay away). Sami is about to graduate from Clemson University and Sanders is a Clemson Alumni waiting for his bride to join him in their to-be home of Charlotte. Typically I'm used to couples needing about fifteen minutes or so to 'warm-up' in front of the camera (understandably so) but Sami and Sanders didn't need any extra time. In the hour that this mini-engagement session took place, I got so many shots that were simply filled with emotion. That's what I walked away from this shoot remembering-the ease of emotion that came from the two. They'll be getting married this July and I can't wait to celebrate alongside the two!
